I was just watching a clip of some comedian eviscerating Pachelbel’s Canon in D.  It’s quite entertaining, and if you have a few minutes, give it a look (click on the image for the video):

But that video reminded me of another Pachelbel’s Canon video I saw on the Internets a while back.  It is sublime.  And, I guess, it sort of proves his point indirectly.  (click image for video)
